About the Role & Team
We are seeking handson Spacecraft Hardware Technicians to support the build integration testing and troubleshooting of spacecraft subassemblies and flight hardware. You will be a key contributor within the Structures and Mechanisms group and collaborate closely with Electrical and Integration & Test (I&T) teams. This position is designed for both entrylevel candidates who are eager to develop their technical skills and experienced technicians ready to lead complex builds and mentor others.
As our manufacturing operations expand in Colorado technicians will have opportunities to support spacecraft from initial build through final integration and to shape manufacturing standards and processes as we scale production.

The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education qualification knowledge skills ability and experience of the final candidate(s) specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
