Primary Purpose of the Position
The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining building operations by identifying environmental operational and occupational concerns; completing and controlling maintenance functions; ensuring equipment operation; maintaining building supplies; maintaining federal state and local building compliance; and preparing building maintenance reports. This position is vital to Modern Aviations base tenants customers and employees. The results of efforts dedicated to our facilities will often be the first and last impression received by our customers. The order cleanliness and functionality of the locations constantly speak to the highest level of safety and service that our clientele has come to expect.

Modern Aviation (the Company) is a private equitybacked platform company launched in 2018 that is focused on the fixedbased operator (FBO) sector. The Company has been rapidly growing through bolton FBO acquisitions and has significant additional committed capital from Apollo Management and Tiger Infrastructure Partners (its sponsors) to continue to grow the business through future acquisitions capacity expansion at its existing locations and development of selective greenfield FBOs in the United States and the Caribbean. Moderns goal is to build the third largest national FBO network in the United States.
