Job Description:
PAY RATE: $19.157/ Hour (Breakdown: $16.157/Hour $3.00/Hour Differential for all hours worked) Shift Differentials
RATE INCREASE JULY 1ST: $19.521/hour (Breakdown $16.157/hour $3.00/hour differential shift differentials)
SCHEDULE: Block schedules working everyother weekend. Set hours. Works 10 (ten) 8hour shifts every two weeks. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: No specific education training or experience is required for entry to this class.
KNOWLEDGE OF: Safety precautions followed in building maintenance operations; commercial cleaning practices equipment supplies and techniques.
SKILL IN: The use of building maintenance equipment; basic office and computer skills including competency in the use of email and building system applications.
ABILITY TO: Communicate effectively understand and follow instructions read and comprehend equipment manuals; utilize and maintain hand tools and building equipment safely; operate industrialtype cleaning equipment.
