You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA wellestablished home care organization is seeking a personable and experienced Training Manager to oversee staff training onboarding and professional development. This role involves designing and delivering training for new hires upskilling current staffincluding coordinators and team leadersand maintaining updated training materials to support growth across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or corporate training excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR coordinators and clinical teams.
Schedule: Monday Thursday 9:30 AM 2:30 PM (with occasional flexibility on Fridays)
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires coordinators and promoted team leaders.
Develop update and maintain training materials ensuring relevance and clarity.
Identify staff development needs and create targeted training programs to address them.
Collaborate with HR field coordinators and nurses to ensure training aligns with operational and compliance standards.
Monitor training participation provide feedback and track staff development progress.
Support ongoing professional development initiatives to foster staff growth and retention.
Provide support and coaching to staff in the field as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in training onboarding or staff development preferably in home care healthcare or related industries.
Strong presentation facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage motivate and develop staff at all levels.
Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related training tools.
