A trusted partner hospital in Nashville GA is actively seeking a compassionate and driven Lead Veterinarian to join and guide their veterinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a DVM with clinical and leadership experience to take the next step in their careeroffering meaningful mentorship excellent patient care and clinicwide impact in a supportive environment.
Deliver direct patient care: diagnostics treatment surgery and preventative medicine
Supervise train and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants
Oversee clinic operations: budgeting inventory and resource management
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance care quality and operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks
Ensure the clinic meets the highest standards of veterinary medicine and client service
DVM/VMD from an AVMAaccredited veterinary school (or equivalent)
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Georgia
25 years of leadership experience in a veterinary setting
Excellent communication interpersonal and team leadership skills
Commitment to highquality patient care and continuous improvement
