What youll do
As the Senior Director of Email Operations youll lead and evolve a global 14person team managing one of our most critical and highleverage owned channels: email. This is not a maintenance role its a transformation mandate. Youll modernize our email platform drive innovation in personalization orchestration and process to reimagine how we engage millions of customers across their journey.
Youll own the strategy and operations behind our email ecosystem from audience management and analytics to governance inproduct communications and crosschannel integration. Youll be a critical partner to teams across lifecycle regional and product marketing helping them deliver highimpact campaigns rooted in data powered by automation and built for scale.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President GTM Channels & Campaigns.
Responsibility
Lead and scale a highperforming 14person team across email operations in product communication audience management webinar production email analytics and governance
Drive the evolution of email analytics tooling performance measurement and campaign optimization strategies
Act as a strategic business partner to lifecycle regional product and event marketing teams to deliver value through owned channels
Collaborate with Martech IT and data teams to evolve infrastructure and unlock smarter more personalized communication
Improve customercentric messaging strategy through experimentation process improvement and tighter Martech integration
Influence effectively without authority at varying organizational levels in and outside assigned function
Be regarded by stakeholders as a trusted advisor as evidenced through stakeholder feedback
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between inoffice and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly inoffice expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 15 years of experience in email marketing or marketing operations
- 8 years of experience leading teams including managing managers and global stakeholders
Preferred
- Deep expertise in marketing ecosystems
- Track record of scaling and transforming marketing operations particularly email and owned channels
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) orchestration tools and analytics platforms
- Curious collaborative businessminded partner who can navigate across marketing product IT and legal teams
- Visionary leader who thrives in ambiguity comfortable with fast paced environments builds for scale and develops talent with purpose
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $202800.00 $327625.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of preestablished sales goals. NonSales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
