Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf seeks a highly skilled polished professionalInternet Sales Manager to lead our highperforming team. Business is better than ever and we need someone who will keep up with the increasing demand while providing our customers with an extraordinary bestinclass experience. We are looking for someone with a great selfmotivated enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management including desking deals strong internet skills and a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads
- Appraise customer vehicles
- Monitor respond and develop internet leads
- Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication
- Quote pricing rates and inventory availability
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Receive credit applications (manually and online)
- Maintain CSI gross average. and monthly units to dealership standards
- Must be familiar with CRM eLead experience a plus
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in Internet Management with proven track record of closing 13%.
- Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and training skills
- Proven track record of hitting Automotive Projections set by General Managers
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a preemployment background screening MVR and drug test
- Must have a valid drivers license
