Job Description
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible to take orders from patrons and return these orders in a timely manner.
- Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations to include visible intoxication.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Knowledge of all bar equipment and use of POS system.
- Able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication.
- Ability to communicate with all departments and fellow employees.
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling
- Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
- Follow company and department policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniform nametags and personal appearance are clean hygienic professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma GED and comparable experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to obtain a state gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to work in areas containing dust varying noise and temperature levels lighting vibration and crowds.
- Must be flexible with schedule including nights weekends and holidays as required.
