Are you a dynamic leader passionate about driving growth and operational excellence We are seeking a Growth & Business Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives and complex crossfunctional projects within Allegros Consumer Business.
Your main responsibilities:
Structure complex business problems and conduct analysis and develop insights on Consumer brand merchant and internal customer needs
CoManage complex crossfunctional projects delivering results in timely manner
CoDesign commercial process improvements and inspire growth through datadriven solutions.
Align diverse groups to achieve shared goals effectively manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across various teams.
Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Report on results and the impact of implemented actions providing regular updates on program progress
This is the right job for you if you have:
Analytical & problem solving skills: Ability and experience in solving complex business problems and deriving business insights based on data
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Strong ability to drive crossfunctional collaboration and align diverse groups towards shared goals; proven ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain clear and transparent communication channels and provide regular updates.
Results Reporting: Experience in reporting on results and the impact of implemented actions.
