Salary: Teachers Main Pay Scale M1M6 and commensurate with ability and experience

We seek an enthusiastic educator looking to start or enhance their teaching career in a supportive and dynamic environment. The role will be initially based in Year 6 for the 202526 academic year so some experience of UKS2 would be helpful.
The successful candidate will be able to maximise the potential of all our pupils; who will use teaching and assessment effectively to ensure that all pupils know and remember key knowledge and skills. The successful individual will also be someone willing to contribute to the wider life of the school as well as support our ethos of developing the whole child.
Our Junior School the primary phase of our allthrough school is composed of a collegiate and committed team of practitioners who work together and support each other. We use Rosenshines Principles to underpin our teaching and learning plan jointly and have a clear and centralised behaviour policy. We are an outward looking school and are keen to develop all our staff.
Polam Hall School is a 4 16 allthrough academy and is part of Woodard Academies Trust. We have 840 pupils on roll with one and a half forms of entry in our Primary Phase and four forms in our Secondary Phase.
