Were looking for patient empathetic and caring individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with learning disabilities. Youll need to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to challenging situations calmly and positively. A full UK driving licence (with business insurance) is required and flexibility to work varied shifts is essential.
Youll be joining a dedicated nurturing and supportive care provider who puts the wellbeing of their young people first. This is a small closeknit team environment where youre not just another number your contributions will truly matter.
