Do you feel you could flourish in a sales role and want to hit the road and meet your customers face to face We have a proven simple and effective sales model that we will show you how to use to sell our extensive range of easy to use longlasting costeffective professionalgrade vehicle cleaning products to both new and existing customers.
If the idea of hitting the road and being face to face with customers making sales that happen instantly excites you then our TerritorySales Representative position could be just the role you are looking for.
From day one:
A coaching and personal development plan
Be fully supported in your new role and receive onboard coaching from our Sales Manager
Full sales induction covering product knowledge skills at our Staffordshire Head Office
Be put through HGV Class C training and licencing
Receive full uniform to ensure you stand out as team Autosmart on the road
A typical day:
Begin your day by arriving in our Crawley depot for a morning briefing with our Sales Manager
Head straight out on the road in your already stocked 12 tonne truck (we like to call them mobile showrooms) to your assigned territory
Make 20 customer visits both to new and existing business on a preplanned route
Return to the depot to share your successes and get ready for the next day
We offer:
Starting salary of up to 36000 with realistic earnings of 50000 from year one
A Monday to Friday daytime hours position with no more than 4 weekend days per year
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

You will have:
Worked within a practical handson environment for a minimum of 2 years
The confidence to build rapport quickly with customers
A desire to earn great money and be independent in your role

Brilliant organisation skills
A passion for all things Automotive
A full UK driving license
