From Hogarth Madrid we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing advertising projects capable of handling high workloads and leading the execution of multichannel campaigns.
Responsibilities
Oversee campaigns across digital formats event concepts print materials activations merchandising banners and other deliverables
Receive complex briefings break them down into specific tasks and align deliverables with client divisions and guidelines
Prioritize and distribute up to 1520 daily requests among the team ensuring tight deadlines are met
Serve as the main point of contact understanding strategic goals timelines and expectations
Lead the upload and management of advertising assets on the web portal ensuring quality and alignment with client standards
Manage short to mediumterm campaigns with occasional longterm projects when needed
Requirements
35 years of experience in a similar role preferably within advertising agencies
Familiarity with digital deliverables events activations merchandising and printed materials
Proven ability to effectively manage large workloads
Clear communication skills professional client handling and problemsolving capabilities
Fluent/native English
Adaptability to work in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus
