WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Conduct independent Compliance Monitoring and Testing Reviews of processes and controls regarding investments (WpHG) custody and complaints
- Communicate with internal teams regarding processes and controls
- Communicate with German and international regulators regarding customer complaints and oversight of Complaints management
- Support with annual external securities audit
- Preparation of reports for management and regulatory authorities
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Fluency in German and English is essential
- At least two years of professional experience in the area of WpHG compliance in auditing or consulting firms in the banking or financial services industry
- General Knowledge of WpHG MaComp as well as related European frameworks (MiFID MAD etc)
- Keen interest in being part of a fastpaced ambitious environment.
