Our current client is a leading international provider of corporate fund administration administrative and accounting services with a global presence in over 50 jurisdictions and a key office located in Sofia. On their behalf we are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join their team and contribute to their high-standard service delivery in accounting payroll and corporate compliance. Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the accounting records of Clients in accordance with local regulations;
  • Preparation and submission of Client VAT returns and tax returns in accordance with local regulations;
  • Registration and communication with the authorities in regard to on-going accounting or tax issues of the Client;
  • Preparation of the monthly management reporting package using the internal reporting templates of the Client;
  • Preparation of the Clients financial statements in accordance with their specific requirements;
  • Participating in month end quarter end and year end closings. Maintaining good relations with Clients and identifying their needs and potential issues;
  • Working on in-house accounting software and client software as well;
  • Supporting the Team Leads in other tasks.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting Finance or any other relevant discipline;
  • At least 4 years accounting experience;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Good computer literacy MS Word Excel Outlook;
  • Experience with working on different ERP Systems;
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learning person with a good eye for details;
  • High motivation to achieve results and seek solutions.

- Ще си обучат човека ако е с по-малко опит
- 12 човека екип Счетоводство. 26 човека общо три отдела-
Счетоводен Правен и ТРЗ; 10000 в глобален мащаб
- Основни клиенти сферата на услуги и търговия
- В зависимост от обема на работа около 10 клиента на човек
всичките клиенти са им чуждестранни!
- Фиксиран бюджет 3500 лв нето
- Соц. придобивки ДЗО към Уника; ДЗО за лечение в чужбина;
пенсионно осигуряване; Мултиспорт хибридно работно време- 2 дена в
офиса/3 дни вкъщи; в петък намалено работно време - 09-16:30ч. през
останалото време стандартно работно време 09-18ч.
- Локация - в центъра на София зад СУ; нямат нищо против човекът да
е от близките райони около София но задължително да си е 2 дни в офиса


Интервю процес:
- 30 мин интервю правят с кандидата - Ивета
- Тест 1/1:30ч. в офиса; обхватен и обширен
- На база на теста- финално интервю със супервайзъра на съответния
екип
