Job Summary

• Packaging design of RM WIP FG internal transportation tools (e.g. dolly) trading goods
• Packaging related project management
• Act as expertise consultation in package design team.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Act as business partner for assigned specific value stream (VS) take responsibility for package design including concept simulation package material selection data maintenance etc. With deep knowledge of package engineering (packaging materials transportation storage condition basic production processes quality control methods  testing solution etc.) to achieve or overachieve benchmark with innovative design.
2. Be familiar with all products package design not only for finish goods but also for raw material trading parts and inhouse produced parts.
3. Deeply understand and study the new development trend of package engineering to contribute to package improvements with new design ideas for all the value streams.
4. Actively analyze existing packaging design process with usage of FEMA VSDia etc systematically realize identified improvement potentials according to aligned schedule to set up efficient and effective package design process.
5. Realize cross VS package standardization with deeply benchmark from IPN and external market.
6. Systemically identify and realize package optimization to increase the package stability and quality to decrease the overall package related cost. Influence and later on improve design team competence with his best practice sharing logic and structure usage of Bosch tools like FEMA A3 8D and PSS etc.
7. Contribute to IPN plants with actively sharing his best practice on new package development standardization etc.

9. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

Qualifications Requirement

• Bachelors degree or above: major in mechanical automotive industry design or similar science and engineering; Major in Packaging design;
• More than 6 years working experience in packaging design or packaging project
• Experience in Bosch or OEMs is preferred.
• Fluent English speaking Germany is plus

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

• Expert knowledge in packaging material characteristics and specification
• Expert knowledge in packaging design and its validation technology
• Good knowledge for physical material flow
• Good knowledge in BPS LLD ergonomic and MTM
• Good knowledge in CAD and ProE
• Good project management skills
• Be creative and innovation
