工业4.0产品经理_BCI

Manage user requirements and be responsible for the requirement engineering according to BCI standard process
Design with PO (Product Owner) for the concepts and architecture of I4.0 products / modules according to requirement engineering
Collaborate with global product manager and R&D team with SAFe mindset iterate and enhance BCI global products / modules
Responsible for the product presales and prepare product related material by collaborating with crossfunctional teams eg. SBD KAM and MKT
Deep dive into customer process and understand customers pain points and needs propose and offer solutions to customers
Responsible for the UX design satisfy end users
Cooperate with project manager execute PoC (Proof of Concept) of new product / module or new features to verify the functions; transfer knowhow to application / service team
Support the product related operation and service
Responsible for market / industry researching and analysis collect the needs of customers by collaborating with crossfunctional teams
Achieve operational excellence: quality assurance cost control (sales cost R&D cost) on time delivery and customer satisfaction
Support regional product team head to define product strategy and roadmap

Qualifications :

Requirement (Essential):
Bachelors Degree or above in engineering (Automation Computer Science Information Technology or Industry Engineering related);
3 years MES / I4.0 related working experiences with application/development experience in any/some of these discrete manufacturing industries: Automotive Machine Tools Semiconductors Electronics etc.);
Knowhow of manufacturing and intralogistics in a discrete manufacturing industry;
Handson experience in more than one of the area: product management product engineering new product development or customer technical support role;
Familiar with professional design tools Eg. Axure / Figma / Signavio etc.;

Requirement (Desired):
Technical understanding of software architectures; Windows/Linux OS; database; Azure/Huawei/Tencent/Ali Cloud; Programming experience of C# Java Python etc.;
Handson experience of Azure DevOps tools is a plus;
Lean Production Knowhow is preferred
ERP or other manufacturing software experience is a plus;

Excellent Project management skills (i.e. cost control) is a plus;
Ability to work within constraints under ambiguity think strategically and set goals;
Ability to thrive in fastpaced resultsdriven organization;
Ability to conceptualize and communicate business needs; good presentation skills;
Proficient in Chinese and English language both written and spoken;
Able to travel frequently.
