The Position
As the Information Solutions Application Specialist you will be the subject matter expert (SME) on Roche software applications and Digital Portfolio ensuring timely and accurate software installation and customer support while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be required to collaborate with regional squads and the Consulting & Transformation team.
The Opportunity:

Ensure timely and accurate software installation
Provide excellent customer support
Perform regular customer visits and provide ongoing support
Train our French speaking customers on our Digital solutions Portfolio
This role requires frequent travelling across Canada
Ability to travel to the US and EU
Who you are:
A diploma in lab technology or relevant experience
57 years of experience in a hospital or laboratory setting is considered an asset
Ability to travel frequently (20%30%)
Excellent collaborator and systems thinker with problemsolving skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
In this position you will be servicing customers across Canada therefore a proficient level of English is required and French is required
Must have a valid Canadian Drivers License.
Additional Information:
This is a customerfacing IT role
Regular customer visits will be required

Un diplme en technologie de laboratoire ou exprience pertinente
57 ans dexprience dans un hpital ou un laboratoire est considr comme un atout
Capacit voyager frquemment (20%30%)
Excellent collaborateur et penseur systmique avec des comptences en rsolution de problmes
Comptences interpersonnelles et de construction de relations solides
Dans ce poste vous serez au service des clients travers le Canada donc un niveau de comptence en anglais est requis et la matrise du franais est galement ncessaire.
Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide canadien
