Overview

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, chat, and phone to generate appointments with warm and cold leads
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
- Help manage contracts, proposals, and basic client onboarding tasks when needed
- Occasionally sit in on sales calls to observe or assist when necessary
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve outreach strategies and client communications
- Maintain organized, accurate records in Google Sheets and CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or accounts
- Willing to adapt, take initiative, and grow within a startup environment
- Available to start immediately, our business hours are 10am to 6pm EST
