Technical Skills
10 Years experience delivering robust webbased products applications using Microsoft tech stack including C# .NET MVC WEB API .NET CORE SQL SERVER and Angular.
Azure (or any Cloud) industry expertise to facilitate Cloud Migration to lead cloud migration and post optimization. Azure Devop ops and services.
Understand Distributed systems
Decoupled applications pluggedin a scalable network
Resiliency Caching Queuing Serializing
Decoupled and distributed database
Deployment Monitoring and logging best practices and available tools like SPLUNK Kibana SWB Jenkins Airflow etc.
Good understanding of SOLID design principles and help team in designing and provide architectural diagrams for new requests
Able to handle complex usecases and dependencies
Knowledge on containerization (Docker & Kubernetes) and services like AKS(Azure)/EKS(AWS)
Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
Mentorship skills and stakeholder management
API expertise various protocol REST Open API Throttling limiting security monitoring etc.
Expert in software designing and strong problemsolving skills using design patterns
Awareness in static analysis tool and improving software quality together with team.
Experience with DB at least 2 among embedded (e.g. SQLite) clientserver (e.g. oracle) NoSQL distributed (e.g. mongo couchDB)
Understanding of nonfunctional requirements (NFR) and/or underlying technologies impacting final solution
Experience decoupling monoliths to microservice architecture.
You should be able to selfmanage the complex modules
Common accountabilities:
Accountable for the budget performance and results of a mediumsized team or multiple teams of employees. Influences the resource budget and policy planning and sets concrete development plans for the team members.
Has a mid/longterm vision of the activity and the business influences the departments strategy based on a broad understanding of the environment. Exposed to complex decision making.
Works with a high level of autonomy based on management directions escalating issues only when necessary.

Timely manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries
Collaborate with other software development architecture solutions and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability stability scalability and performance.
