Job Description
Airops (AOP) previously known as Airport and Airline Operations (AAO) is a leading industry platform in airline and airport operations. It aims to deliver a seamless and personalized passenger experience optimize airport operations and automate disruption resolution among airlines airports border control and air traffic control.
Job Summary: The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing designing and implementing solutions for our airline operations product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis with a good understanding of airline operations flight management and load control.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
Develop detailed business and functional specifications for new features and enhancements.
Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to the development team.
Create and maintain documentation including process flows use cases and user guides.
Provide training and support to endusers.
Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions.
Write Feasibility Studies Solution Overview Documents Interface Control Documents Product Specifications and present functional walkthroughs to all concerned stakeholders.
Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the airline industry.
Strong understanding of airline operations flight management and load control.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in flight management systems.
Previous experience as a load controller.
Knowledge of airline industry regulations and standards.
