What Youll Do
- Supervise and guide daytoday transport operations.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Drive productivity improvements and optimize transport efficiency.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment and team development.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years in a Transport Supervisor or similar role.
- Valuesdriven approach and leading by example.
- Strong understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).
- Superior written and verbal abilities.
- Adaptable motivated and resilient in a dynamic environment.
