ALevel Automotive Technician Ford Certified Preferred
Location: Davidson Ford Inc. Watertown NY
FullTime Flat Rate Pay Plan Performance Bonuses Signing Bonus Available
Salary Range: $35 $45 flat rate (depending on experience)
Hours: 7:30 AM 5:30PM
Up to 10k signing bonus (based on experience and certifications)
Overview:
Davidson Ford Inc. is seeking a highperforming ALevel Technician to join our elite service team in Watertown NY. As a topperforming dealership were looking for a highly skilled efficient and motivated technician who can handle advanced diagnostics and repairs across all Ford vehicle lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform highlevel diagnostics and advanced mechanical/electrical repairs
- Accurately identify vehicle concerns and root causes using Ford diagnostic tools
- Lead complex repairs including drivability engine transmission and electronic systems
- Mentor and assist lowerlevel technicians when needed
- Complete all work according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Document all repairs and recommended maintenance thoroughly and clearly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Ford Senior Master or ALevel certification highly preferred
- NYS Inspection License (or ability to obtain)
- Deep understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic attention to detail and teamwork mentality
