What Youll Do: As the hub of coordination for thePhilanthropy and Marketing Department you will: - Provide proactive administrative support including calendar management meeting preparation board communications and data entry.
- Track and coordinatedonor cultivation and stewardship activities using DonorPerfect.
- Create behindthescenes tour logistics departmental activity reports donor correspondence and meeting notes.
- Support strategicmarketing tracking event coordination andphilanthropic initiatives.
- Represent the departmentin crossfunctional projects ensuring timely followup and attention to detail.
- Work closely with volunteers donors board members and community stakeholders to convey JZGs impact conservation goals and growth initiatives.
What You Bring: - A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 12 years ofexperience in administrative support sales coordination fundraising coordination or event planning.
- Aproactive flexible mindsetready to jump in where needed including occasional nights or weekends.
- Strongorganizational and timemanagement skillswith the ability to manage calendars meetings and detailed records.
- Experiencehandling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Ability tomanage competing priorities stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to consistently speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation and communications.
- Ability to consistently remain on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
- Manual dexterity for standing reaching flexibility and body movement for bending crouching walking kneeling stoop bend lift kneel crawl climb jump dig and prolonged standing.
- Auditory ability for verbal communication/conversation/responses via telephone telephone systems twoway radio and facetoface interactions.
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors under all environmental conditions and temperatures.
