Job Summary
This position serves as 2 Circle Director of Operations and will be responsible for the support and execution of daytoday business operations ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently aligning with the companys strategic goals. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of operational plans management of budgets and oversight of key business processes. The role also includes analyzing operational efficiently and assisting with the development and implementation of a companywide Quality Management Program.
Essential Job Functions:
As the Director of Operations provide support in all areas to the Senior Vice President of Operations COO and CEO to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes but is not limited to:
- Development and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality across the company.
- Streamline and improve processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Assist with creation and implementation of companywide Quality Management program
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide tracking between internal and external timekeeping/expense systems to ensure accuracy to assist with management of contracts

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferably in business administration or operations management
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or similar leadership role
- Deep understanding of FAR DFARS NMCARS and NAVAIR acquisition policy
- Strong knowledge of operational principles practices and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify issues evaluate options and implement effective solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Secret clearance
