Responsibilities
- Provide quality painting and drywall work for rental properties under management as assigned
- Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
- Thorough documentation of work performed
- Perform work in a timely manner
- Afterhours calls and site visits may be needed periodically
- Other duties as assigned
- 35 years painting experience
- Ability to prepare write and communicate effectively with clients vendors and staff
- General maintenance and repair knowledge
- Humility and Willingness to follow office protocol
