Job Summary:
The Service Runner / Greeter at Jeff Belzers Auto Group in Roseville is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all individuals visiting our dealership. This is a fulltime hourly position in the auto industry that offers competitive compensation and benefits. As an individual contributor you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $16.50 to $17.50 per hour. With higher starting wage potential based off experience. In addition the Service Runner / Greeter will have access to medical dental and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
Greet all customers with a warm and friendly attitude ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership
Direct customers to the appropriate department or service area
Escort customers to their vehicles after they have been serviced
Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area
Assist service advisors with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain knowledge of dealership policies procedures and services
Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as necessary
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferably in the auto industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Fixed scheduling to promote a healthy work/life balance (MondayFriday 6:30am3:00pm)
