Ph.D. in Neuroscience Biology Immunology Bioengineering or related field with deep expertise in molecular and cellular biology techniques
Strong research experience in neurodegenerative disease biology (preferred)
Strong research experience in human iPSC technology and targeted genome editing in vitro (preferred)
Strong research experience in microglia/macrophage biology (preferred)
Knowledge of experimental design
Statistical and quantitative analysis skills
Basic bioinformatics skills (preferred)
Selfmotivated and highly dedicated
Effective organizational and prioritization skills
Effective oral written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
Strong research experience in highthroughput technologies (e.g. NGS and CyTOF) for bulk and singlecell transcriptomics epigenomics lipidomics and/or proteomics (preferred)
orStrong research experience in functional genomics (e.g. siRNA shRNA CRISPR/Cas9 and chemogenomic) screens (preferred)
orStrong research experience in biomaterials or 3D organoid systems (preferred)
orStrong research experience in mouse microglia/macrophage biologyin vivo(preferred)
