Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC is a large volume new car dealership known for our exceptional customer service and dedicated team of professionals. Our dealership prides itself on creating a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages growth and innovation. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced New or Used Car Sales Manager to join our team of talented managers.

Position Overview

As a New or Used Car Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving automotive sales and managing the sales process. You will be responsible for negotiating deals training and mentoring sales staff developing sales strategies and delivering a superior carbuying experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the deal process approving sale tradein and incentive amounts.
  • Lead train and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure maximum performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Foster a positive and customerfocused sales environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies procedures and safeguards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager in a new car franchised dealership
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
