Job Description

Role and Responsibilities
Prepares monthly closing journal entries balance sheets profit and loss statements reconciliations and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends costs revenues financial commitments and obligations.
Computes and prepares data for journal entries and reviews general ledger and related financial statements. Assists with the preparation of financial statements ledgers reports and taxes. Assists in posting to and maintenance of OneStream data for up to three companies and periodic data uploads into OneStream.
Other duties include:
- Assist with Collections and cash application
- Monthly SysPro System (ERP) Close
- Banking
- Assist with Budget Preparation
- Audit Support as needed
- Assisting with annual inventory
- Tax Reporting Support as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors degree required in Accounting or Finance
Working knowledge of Excel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally
Ability to analyze information and/or use logic to solve problems
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SysPro or ability to learn Management System
Previous Manufacturing Accounting and Finance experience
