About Oberlin Marketing
Oberlin Marketing an Integrity partner is committed to the service and support of insurance professionals. We deliver administrative support and marketing distribution of insurance products and provide outstanding service to our Agents. This position will serve as our primary contact to service the accounts of internal house accounts as well as referrals throughout the year from multiple product areas as they show capacity.
Primary Responsibilities:
Compliantly serve and support Oberlin house accounts in new sales as well as renewal efforts annually.
Compliantly care for referrals from Oberlin Agents
Compliantly care for referral business from agents in areas of life & health insurance markets such as ACA/marketplace Group Anceillary and other product lines as competency is proven.
Perform riskanalysis for current clients and present solutions.
Plan execute and follow up on direct to consumer sales efforts to grow service footprint of OM house accounts.
Oversee leads distribution and follow up for OM downlines ensuring that leads are properly dispositioned.
Collaboration with product area leadership to create a plan that serves all product lines with direct sales efforts
Oversight of direct sales team members providing coaching leadership encouragement and advocating for support where needed.

Confident selfstarter who works well independently and within a team on ongoing projects
Must have ability to multitask
Good organizational skills (Insurance Experience is preferred but not required)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Intermediate typing & proficient in MOS including Excel Word and Outlook
Dependable reliable and motivated with a positive professional demeanor
Previous customer service experiencepreferred
Support organizations goals & values
IN State Life/Health Insurance License required
