JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the IT Manager. The Network and Telecommunications Administrator is responsible for the installation configuration maintenance and support of the organizations network and telecommunication systems. This role ensures the stability and integrity of all voice data and wireless network services across multiple locations. The administrator will manage network infrastructure components including routers switches firewalls and VoIP systems while also monitoring network performance and resolving connectivity issues. This position plays a key role in maintaining secure and reliable communications and contributes to infrastructure upgrades disaster recovery planning and vendor coordination.
