Job Description

Description

The New Issues Acceptance team is responsible for the admission of financial instruments into the Euroclear System covering both primary and secondary markets. We manage a variety of asset classes including fixed income equities warrants and hybrid instruments. Our role involves performing eligibility reviews by applying legal fiscal and operational criteria to determine the acceptance of securities into the Euroclear Securities Database.

We are positioned at the beginning of the securities lifecycle. Once we record a security into our database other departments will take over with services such as Asset Servicing Collateral Management Income Corporate Actions and more.

Your Role: Your primary responsibility will be analyzing securities documentation and verifying the eligibility of securities from both operational and legal perspectives.
