JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER(M/W/D)
als Bereicherung unseres agilen Sourcing Teams fr die Umsetzung verschiedener Meeting Formate von Tagungen und Meetings bis hin zu Teambuildings national und international.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Recherche und Angebotserstellung von mageschneiderten Ideen fr Meetings & Events unserer Kunden im In und Ausland
- kreative Vorschlge fr auergewhnliche Hotels Restaurants bis hin zu Teambuildings
- Verhandlung mit Lieferanten Beratung unserer Kunden
- Verwaltung aller Projektdaten mit Hilfe unseres Meeting Management Tools
- Abrechnung und Reporting
WAS WIR UNS WNSCHEN
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Humor in allen Lebens(Projekt)lagen
- selbstsicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Belastbarkeit und gute Nerven
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Verstndnis und gutes Zeitmanagement
- Begabung zum Arbeiten mit modernen Softwarelsungen incl. Event Management Tools
- Professionalitt im Umgang mit allen MS Office Lsungen
- Proaktives Handeln und vorausschauende Planung im Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse im Finance Sektors von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung
- Ein echtes Plus: gutes Englisch
- Ein echtes Muss: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermgen
