The Senior Search Specialist leads a Paid Search activation team as part of the larger TMobile Paid Search team ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned with broader media plans. This role serves as the central liaison among internal teams external partners and business unit stakeholders driving performance innovation and process improvements. The Senior Search Specialist is responsible for developing paid search strategy managing execution and ensuring operational excellence. They play a key leadership role in activating campaigns optimizing performance and advancing paid search capabilities through collaboration and testing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Search Strategy & Activation (40%)

  • Develop and oversee activation strategy across paid search platforms (Google Ads Bing Ads etc.) aligned with integrated media and business goals.
  • Define campaign taxonomy bidding strategies and budget allocations.
  • Serve as the escalation point and lead activator for highpriority buys or crossfunctional needs.

Performance Optimization & Innovation (15%)

  • Lead performance analysis of inmarket campaigns including keyword ad copy and competitive analysis.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement testandlearn initiatives including machine learning features and betas.
  • Collaborate on futureforward innovation feature adoption and outofthebox ideas.

Stakeholder & CrossFunctional Collaboration (20%)

  • Act as the primary point of contact with business units Integrated Marketing and Media Communications Planning.
  • Ensure stakeholder goals are incorporated in campaign execution including reporting and performance storytelling.
  • Communicate campaign progress roadblocks and results clearly across internal and external teams.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence (15%)

  • Lead and mentor a team of Search Specialists; manage capacity and resourcing through Workfront and team planning.
  • Drive consistent processes ensuring campaign health timely execution and high operational standards.
  • Support process development for optimization workflows reporting and campaign management.

Project & Testing Management (10%)

  • Manage and track strategic testing plans across programs to fuel ongoing learning and efficiency.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally on smaller campaigns pilots and teamwide initiatives.
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to share best practices and results.



Education: Bachelors Degree preferred

Base Pay Range: $77000 $138800

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
