Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be onsite five days a week at the Roseland NJ office. Limited hybrid flexibility may be considered.
Note: You must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 5 years of employment law experience. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Provide legal counsel to employers on workplace matters including discipline termination accommodations and wage and hour compliance
- Draft and review employmentrelated documents such as handbooks agreements and policies
- Represent clients before state and local administrative agencies
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic riskmitigation advice
- Collaborate with clients on employment law compliance and preventative practices
- Handle both counseling and litigationprevention work
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice in New Jersey
- 5 years of employment law experience
- Experience advising employers and drafting employmentrelated documents
- Familiarity with state and federal employment laws
- Excellent communication analytical and writing skills
