Job Description
Job Title: Parttime Receptionist
Company Name: Berglund Toyota
Job Location: Lynchburg VA
Description of the role:
The Parttime Receptionist at Berglund Toyota will be responsible for greeting customers answering phone calls and providing administrative support to the dealerships staff. The schedule is Mon. Tues. Thurs. and Fri. 4 pm to 8 pm Sat. 8 am to 5 pm with one Saturday off each month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls transfer calls and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Provide information and direct customers to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry filing and photocopying.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient dealership operations.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
