Overview: Support the progress and execution of fundraising initiatives and promote the value of the College to the community. Organize and maintain office subject files mailing lists confidential reports and records and enter all data to keep files current any other job related duties as assigned.

Scan documents and save to shared drive (CT)
Raisers Edge (CRM) updates address changes; upload scans document event attendance (TC)
Make outbound calls to validate attendance for meetings validate/obtain contact information and/or inform on upcoming events (CM PF)
Assist with mailings fold stuff and label envelopes (CT)
Assist in setup/cleanup activities for Foundation events; including retrieving and putting away supplies; setting up tables etc. (TW)
Set up physical files (CT)
File Fund Meeting and Donor documents in departmental files (CT)
Mail merge in Microsoft Word (TC)
Make copies (PF)
Engage with external stakeholders including board members and donors; provide a student perspective during campus tours at Foundation events etc. (CD CM)
