Job Description
Job Title: Divisional Controller
Location:Anaheim California (Hybrid worktype)
Compensation:Up to $200K base bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize regional accounting operations including AP/AR payroll inventory and monthend close processes.
- Implement automated GAAPcompliant financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and scalability.
- Integrate acquisitions into financial systems while maintaining seamless operations.
- Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate on strategic projects including forecasting budgeting and process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a highperforming decentralized accounting team to foster collaboration and growth.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience with a mix of public and private roles preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting required; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Active CPA designation with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP standards.
- Proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations and drive results.
- Experience with ERP systems particularly Sage Intacct is an advantage.
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for stakeholders.
