Job Description
A growing organization is seeking a dedicated and organized CFTSS Director to lead its Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring compliance with state guidelines and supporting staff in delivering timely coordinated services to children and families in need. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership communication and organizational skills along with experience managing programs teams or operations in a human services or nonprofit setting.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the daily operations of the CFTSS program ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all state regulations program guidelines and reporting requirements.
Lead and support program staff providing supervision training and performance oversight.
Coordinate services across internal departments and community partners to ensure integrated support for children and families.
Monitor program performance and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Serve as a liaison with state agencies community stakeholders and funders as required.
Prepare reports track key metrics and provide updates to organizational leadership.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in program management operations or team leadership within a human services or nonprofit setting.
Strong understanding of communitybased support services; knowledge of CFTSS or similar programs is a plus.
Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fastpaced environment.
Passion for supporting children and families in need.
While clinical licensure is not required familiarity with child welfare behavioral health or family support services is preferred.
