What would you do working in this role
- Assistin fabrication and installation of sheet metal fittings
- Welding daily MIG TIG Stick
- Workwith Journeymen to construct fabrications from customer drawings (involves custom fabricated items)
- Cutting measuring assembling insulating
- Assist with building maintenance (sweeping shop clean up organizing shop etc.)
- Grinding
- Loading/unloading vehicles
- Train in the shop fabrication process
- Maintain a Lean working environment

- Have strong math and reading comprehension
- Be selfmotivated and selfaccountable
- Great attendance and strong work ethic
