Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdrivenBusiness Development Executiveto drive the growth of oursolar rooftop solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing relationships with commercial industrial and residential clients and closing sales to support the companys expansion in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for residential commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects.
- Engage with potential clients through cold calls site visits and networking.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility analysis in coordination with the technical team.
- Present proposals quotes and ROI calculations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and provide aftersales support.
- Stay up to date with market trends competitors and government solar policies/subsidies.
- Coordinate with design engineering and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Renewable Energy or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales/business development preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems net metering and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Required Experience:
Manager
