You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere seeking a professional and personable parttime Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of Burlington House for 12 months. In this pivotal role youll create exceptional first impressions while ensuring smooth operations at our reception desk.
Your responsibilities include managing visitor checkins handling communications supporting meeting room bookings and assisting with hospitality coordination. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills efficient problemsolving abilities and a professional demeanour. Join our team and make a difference from the moment visitors walk through our doors.
Hours: 21 hours per week office based Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 09:0017:00. May require occasional flexibility to support events running from 8am to 10pm with advance notice provided where possible.
