About the Role
REALR is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a reputable interior commercial construction firm specializing in tenant improvement (TI) projects. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment managing multiple projects and stakeholders while delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage 58 concurrent tenant improvement projects typically ranging from $50K to $250K in value
Lead all phases of project delivery from initiation and planning through execution and closeout ensuring adherence to schedule budget and quality standards
Coordinate and communicate effectively with site supervisors clients employees subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Projects and other MS Office tools
Supervise and mentor project teams fostering collaboration and high performance among staff and trades
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress enforce safety standards and resolve issues proactively
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment across all project sites
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction with a focus on tenant improvement projects
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously (58 at a time) including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation
Demonstrated experience with projects valued between $50K and $250K.
Proficient in MS Projects and MS Office suite for project scheduling and reporting
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams clients subcontractors and employees
Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
Must possess a valid drivers license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
