Position Summary
The Team Lead supports a pod of 58 Service Coordinators helping them stay on track with their caseloads while fostering growth and accountability. Youll coach your team troubleshoot escalations and work closely with a Supervisor to hit departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support Service Coordinators with daily operations
- Troubleshoot escalated cases to avoid discharges
- Ensure deadlines for visits and documentation are met
- Track team performance and report key updates to Supervisor
- Promote a positive valuesdriven team culture
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- 2 years in a leadership coordination or customerfacing role
- Based in NYC and able to work inperson in Williamsburg
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
