Position Overview
As a Bartender youre not just pouring drinks youre setting the vibe. Youll craft cocktails engage with guests and help create a lively welcoming atmosphere. Whether its poolside in the lounge or during an evening event youll deliver quick friendly and knowledgeable service that keeps the good times flowing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair.
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness organization and stock levels of the bar.
- Upsell drink specials menu items and promotions.
- Check guests identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Handle cash credit cards and room charges accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with the restaurant and kitchen teams to support overall service flow.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service shifts or events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous bartending experience in a hotel restaurant or highvolume bar setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails beer wine and bar operations.
- Exceptional guest service skills and a friendly outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and meet any state/local certification requirements.
- Must be able to stand walk and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift.
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
