Are you a skilled ED Technician If so join our Emergency Department team of professionals at Jefferson Healthcare! Under the guidance of an RN or physician you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the triage care and treatment of patients of all ages with various illnesses and injuries. As our ED Technician you will also serve as a vital link between members of the healthcare team patients and their families. We are looking for a proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of patients and team members and perform their duties within the scope of their practice. What youll need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- AHA BLS/CPR certification required
- WA State Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) Medical Assistant Certified (MAC) Medical Assistant Registered (MAR) or EMT required
- Washington State Medical AssistantPhlebotomy certification required; as a condition of employment application for MAPhlebotomist Certification must be submitted within 90 days of hire.
- ED or urgent care experience preferred
- Recent emergency department urgent care EMT EMTB or related medical experience providing direct patient care preferred

Schedule: 0.6 FTE; 24 hours/week; Variable Shift; 12 hour shifts
