Job Description
About the Role:
T&G Constructors is seeking an experiencedSenior Project Managerto join our growing team. In this role you will oversee and manage highprofile construction projects while also supervising and mentoring project teams. Working closely with Operations Management you will ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards while strengthening client relationships and maintaining T&Gs reputation for excellence.
You will play a key role in preconstruction planning project execution financial management and team leadership.
This position reports directly to theDirector of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall project administration in collaboration with Operations Management.
Set projectspecific objectives procedures and performance standards within corporate policies.
Maintain direct communication with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth construction activities.
Monitor construction progress budget adherence and contract compliance in coordination with Site Operations Managers.
Analyze and resolve project challenges proactively.
Review RFPs attend prebid meetings and prepare comprehensive estimates for assigned projects.
Prepare and manage project schedules and financial forecasts.
Represent T&G in project meetings negotiations and client discussions.
Supervise and support assigned Project Managers Assistant Project Managers Project Engineers Coordinators and Site Managers.
Continuously develop professional knowledge and leadership skills.
Assist with business development activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management including estimating design finance and operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to optimize team performance.
Deep understanding of industry standards processes and best practices.
Strong problemsolving negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in project management software and general computer systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to excellence teamwork and safety.
