Job Description
We are looking for an experienced motivated and customeroriented Luxury Auto Dealer Sales Consultants to join our teams at both Camargo Cadillac & Cincinnati Cadillac Joseph Group. This is a Full Time sales job that requires an individual contributor role and offers compensation ranging from $80000 to $120000 per year paid monthly. This position requires sales and customer service experience in the auto industry.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions with the highest level of customer service
Assist in navigating customers to the best automotive solutions and building customer loyalty
Research relevant information (e.g. vehicle features financing options warranties etc.) to inform customers about product options
Develop relationships with customers and close sales with each visit
Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of new and existing inventory features
Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
Maintain detailed customer records
Requirements
Automotive sales experience in a luxury dealership preferred or relevant sales/customer service
A successful track record of exceeding sales goals
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to think critically and problemsolve
A friendly upbeat and confident personality
Proficiency with technology including CRM systems
