Role Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executives with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in business development and IT sales. As a fresher BDE you will play a key role in generating leads connecting with potential clients and contributing to the companys growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through research outreach and lead generation.
- Approach prospective clients via email phone calls and social media.
- Understand client requirements and communicate company services effectively.
- Schedule and attend client meetings (virtually or in person).
- Maintain records of leads opportunities and client communications in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Participate in business development training sessions and team meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
- Confidence in client interactions and presentations.
- Basic understanding of IT services and market trends (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn adapt and grow in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfmotivated and targetoriented attitude.
